Nokia 520 got dropped not from a massive height, but i turned it back on last night and now, when i am trying to type on text certain letters like c,b,h,y and that wont work so i cant type properly on internet or text and in general my screen is abit lagging and I cant afford a new phone, should i try factory (hard) reset before i get the touch digitiser fixed?????? Cheers
Hi, It’s always best to try and rule out any potential software issues before resorting to hardware replacement. Try the restore, if that doesn’t work, then the digitiser will need replacing. :-)
