Chosen Solution
I have tried the typical power cycle solution where you disconnect power adapter, battery, discharge power, reconnect and power-up. I get nothing. No light indicators, nothing. I then bought a new power adapter and that didn’t help. I then replaced the female power connector that the power adapter plugs into…because it felt loose when plugged in. That also did not help. I just have no power. Period. Any help/ideas is appreciated.
Try the following: Open up and try reseating RAM. Try one RAM at a time in both sockets. Instructions on opening: http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/To… Take out CMOS battery and leave overnight.
