Today, my 24” Toshiba responded to power button and/or remote by a solid green light for 10 seconds. After unplugging it for a time, I plugged it back in and now it will not respond at all. I’ve checked that there is 120v at the input, fuse has continuity, and all capacitors appear normal.
@winstontoby if you have power going to the board then you will have to check the power output of the power board. Measure on the connector going to the main board. We would need to see your boards and the interconnect cables to help you further. Right now it does sound like a power board issue just by the not turning on part.
