Chosen Solution
Recently replaced the display of my Macbook Pro, and in the process, I severed a cable while opening the bottom case. My touchbar no longer works, but still displays correctly. When I touch it there is no response. The cable that is torn is not the touch bar cable itself, but I cannot figure out what it is or what part number it is. If anyone could help me understand the complete touch bar assembly it would be greatly appreciated. This is a picture of the cable that is torn. Thanks!
