For some reason, my washing machine is permanently locked. The power won’t turn on even when we unplug and replug. I think there might be a spill that happened in the circuit. I just want to get my cloth out of the machine. The model of the machine is a Samsung wa56h9000ap. we’ve had it for over 3 years. We still have the warranty, but the shop that sold it to us, Futur shop, closed down and is not owned by best buy. We’re unsure if the warranty still applies, a warranty of 5 years. How do I open the top locked lid? Thanks in advance.
@oldturkey03 Has already given an excellent answer on how to solve this here: Washing machine door won’t unlock? UPDATE The warranty is a factory warranty not a shop warranty. Call the company and ask them who to call for authorized service warranty repair.
