Chosen Solution

Hi all, I messed with a long screw and managed to rip this from the board.

Will it be ok if I just do a jumper without the C7730_RF?

I would definitely recommend replacing this rather than just jumping the connection. This is a component that goes to ground, so by putting a jumper here in place of this capacitor (? it seems like a bit of an unusual cap….), you’d effectively be creating a short to ground. You’d be better off leaving it out altogether. I am not sure how integral this particular component is to RF function. And you may be able to leave it off and maintain a functional phone, but wifi signal may be negatively affected. EDIT: Suspect this is actually a mislabelled inductor rather than an “unusual cap,” but my assertion still applies. Leaving it off would be better than jumping, but ultimately you will likely want to replace since it is very plausible it will affect WiFi signal.
