I recently got my new phone and the fingerprint sensor was scratched to the point it was a hit or miss ( sometimes it work sometimes not). I look up how to fix and said use toothpaste. It worked but the toothpaste got stuck under the fingerprint scanner and i can’t get it out. Also I personally don’t want to risk taking it apart i don’t have a protection plan or anything so yeah.
You could try to use the following: take a toothpick and wrap one of the ends with a piece of wet microfiber cloth, then gently try to clean up the sensor and the camera, see if it works. You cold also try using a wet brush, moving it really slowly and gently over the dirty area.
