My MacBook Air 2017 suddenly started to lag . Tried the PRAM and SMC reset. Works the same way in safe boot and the problem is still occurring after doing factory reset over 3 times.

You appear to have upgraded to macOS Catalina 10.15. Did you make sure you’ve applied all of the updates? Apple did have some issues with the first release. You do appear to still have a lot of 32 bit apps which you’ll need to remove. At this point I would run Disk Utility to check the drive. Frankly, I don’t find Etre that useful when looking for performance issue related to hardware and/or OS.
