I removed and replaced the Toner waste Bin and now I get an error message to “Replace/Install Toner Waste Bin.” How can I clear this error?
Check it’s seated properly.
Please check whether the clear plastic “windows” in the bottle side are clean. The system “sees” the toner level through those “windows”. Try and keep them clean (otherwise the system will think the bottle is full of waste toner). Take care NOT to blow, you would spill toner everywhere! Gently tapping the bottle on a hard surface is usually sufficient.
