bought it a week ago and it wont charge. i have plugged it in just like instructions show on 3 different outlets and a USB port but the indicator light doesn’t even come on. would this be a faulty cable? i removed and put the battery back in but it still doesn’t work. i need it for college math so please help.
I just had this problem last night and it ended up being a bad cable.
