Hi There are three different screws for the fan; which screw is the “short head”

If you review the guide MacBook Air 13" Early 2014 Fan Replacement Step 9 you’ll see this image which ID’s by color which screw goes were Red in the top right, counter-clockwise Orange and Yellow at the bottom.
