I paid for laptop in service store and after couple days laptop system asked me password -I typed. After few days again- You cannot access the data on this computer without correct password and Message" Please type in the system or administrator password and press ".Somebody please help me.

Some times when I get a system in the customer forgets to give me the correct password or the password is long and/or complex and I have to enter it 20 times so I change it to something very simple like “a”. Your service provider may have done this. Just give them a call and ask.
