Chosen Solution
I received an Ipad Mini 4 Wifi for screen repair. The Owner says it was not dropped and no water/fluid contact. there is no crack on the screen and seems like it is working. when I turn the Ipad it shows the lines changing similar to when you go from horizontal to vertical position on a phone . I just want to make sure it is not a different issue. Has anyone else seen this? image
A couple times I saw that issue 90% is a internal crack and 10% Severe Liquid Damage.
