I need to know why my party can’t hear. Me on my android phone

Hi, Try connecting the earphones with the microphone attachment to the phone to make or receive a call. If you still cannot be heard then there is a problem with the phone’s voice transmission circuitry. If you can now be heard then there is a problem with the phone’s microphone or perhaps the voice inlet hole at the bottom of the phone (you don’t state the make or model number) may be blocked with dust or lint etc. To check this out, using a strong light and a magnifying glass, inspect the voice inlet hole to see if it appears to be blocked. If it does appear so, try using a vacuum cleaner, using short, sharp bursts to see if it can be cleared. DO NOT attempt to use a probe to clear the hole as the microphone is directly behind it and may be damaged.
