After recently replacing my GPU card and chip, I ran Apple Service Diagnostic 3S123 and discovered I have an error that states: Thermal Interface -Video Controller:G92gt (test #4) -TIM Test 75 percent Gardband-Check that CPU heatsink is properly attached, using product spec theta dh + 75 percent guard band. Any suggestions on how to fix that? I can’t find anything online about it. I don’t even know where to look on my machine for that item.
When you replaced the card and GPU did you use thermal paste? I’d also contact Brickfence and ask them the same question since they did the repair.
