The mic won’t pick up any sound (nor in calls nor in whatsapp) unless I scream in it at a certain angle and I’m wondering if there is a way to fix it or replace it

The microphone is located to the left of the charging port in that picture. There is a tiny hole that can get clogged, try cleaning it out with 99% IPA. Otherwise, its a pretty easy process to replace it.
