I dont know if its the charger or the pin in the tablet that has something wrong. When i plug the charger there is a red X mark on the battery and it wont charge. I have to power off the device in order to charge it but I need to stay the evice open because i need things in here. Help how do i fix it?
If you are charging it via your computer, switch to a charger.
Usually this means battery is bad or near end lift. Try to use the device till battery is completely drained then full charge again. Repeat this step for 2 to 3 times and if it still happen. You need a new battery.
