I’m wondering where I can go to get this problem fixed. I had a mouse chipped plugged in and it got bumped to the piont where the USB’s are pushed way too far into the keyboard. Please let me know somewhere I can go.
Alizabeth, Any good local computer repair shop will be able to help in the repair of your chrome books USB port. Have a good repair technician have a look and estimate repair. You can ask a friend, google search or look in the yellow pages for computer repair shop in your area. good luck.
