My Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10F tablet doesn’t switch on, and when I plug in to the charger continuously restarting. Should it work with no battery I mean only on the charger? The motherboard is warm, but the battery is cold anyway.

I seemed software problem, but only you will explain better, how does it start, any water-spillage, of electric burn or anything dear, Here is the firmware link, if my guess is right, but, keep in mind in most cases you lost your data after flashing, so if you can give-up you data, give it a try.
