Tabs that support the lower left module and tabs that support the upper all module. This logic board was given by an important person, so I cannot substitute it. But I have another logic board (donor board). Is there a way to fix it with DYI?
Your only option is replacing the logic board. The RAM sockets are soldered to it. There is no means to replace them without breaking things. What gives this logic board such importance? Replacing with the exact same P/N will offer the same performance. 15” MacBook Pro Unibody Mid 2012 logic boards
I’m not sure what your bind is here but I have repaired these using square shaped plastic toothpicks and super glue. These are available at Walmart.
