The speakers show that my device is connected, but I can’t hear my music.

  1. Check your devise’s bluetooth setting and make sure it is paired to the speaker.
  2. Check to make sure the volume is turned up on the speaker.
  3. Check to make sure the volume on your device is turned up.

my Bose Soundlink works very well, and sounds really great. But it doesnt last than 3 seconds. After I play a song, in 3 seconds I hear a noise and then the sounds gone. But, the sound comes out when I type. If you have any idea, please, tell me. Thanks! Regards.
