It could be that it is outputting an HD signal that your TV cannot handle. If you are using composite cables (YPbPr) then just move the switch on the side of the video connector (The one that goes into the Xbox) from “HDTV” to “TV” and see if you can see it then. This will force it output 480i. (Standard Definition)
