Hi there! My Viera stopped working, blocked on the panasonic screen and kept rebooting. I’ve put an update on a fat formated USB stick and shoved it in It’s back. Fine enough, is working now but it won’t connect to the wireless and has no sound. I’ve tried all the setting, restored to default, even restored everything to factory settings. If I plug the headphones it puts out the sound but that is about it. Any idea what can be done, please? I can always put some external speakers and keep using but that is not the point. Many, many thanks in advance!
Hi @gabigrigore , Sounds like the problem is software related and is not switching the audio to the selected outputs. What firmware did you install, Ver.3.13 or the older Ver.3.128? If you have installed Ver.3.13 then according to the update procedure it says “If you have any problems after installing the new firmware, please contact the Global Service Center Network”. It may be worthwhile contacting them about the problem Found the service manual which may help, but you have register with the website and then you have to buy it.
