Hi, the screen of my iPad mini 3 rotates the wrong way, exactly, when the ipad is in vertical position the screen rotates in horizontal position and viceversa. I have already reset my ipad to the factory settings but with no results. Is there any solution for this defect? Thanks
That’s a strange problem did you try to lock the screen? While on the home screen Swipe up from the bottom from the screen which will display some options, the lock icon is at the top of this option box and has a lock with a circle around it. See if that helps!
