As abive and requires a soft reset. Is there a problem withbthe screen?
Soft reset as in hold power and home button for 10 seconds? Does it do ghost touch? Stop responding until lock and unlock phone? Usually this means a bad screen. Sometimes I have fixed this by putting a tempered glass screen protector.
