My Mac book pro have developed a problem in which the screen starts to flicker and it gets worst progressively. It starts with couple of glitches and flicker and it progress to having two or more image of whatever on your screen flickering vertically and if I let it continue further the screen goes blank. It’s been a while I have started to notice this problem. However I have been trying to find out what exactly triggers it. For a while I suspected a certain application start it, but now Im almost sure that it’s has something to do with the system temperature. If you have the system running without any specific app running and specially if its charging after 1-2 hour start to happen and the only solution is to close the lid and let it a be for 20- 30 minutes and it will give you another 2 hour to work with, The sooner I start using the computer the sooner flicker starts. I hope someone can help me with this issue. Update (05/31/2020) As requested I have attached the video.

This I would say is at 60 -70 % bad it can get. From here become so bad that you can’t read anything on screen any more.

Not good ;-{ Let’s see if we can localize where the fault is, as I’m not sure if you have an issue within the display or if the problem is within your logic board. What does an external monitor show you plugged into your USB-C port via a dongle? If the external display is also showing the same image jiggling that tells us the logic board has a problem. If the image is stable and clear then your internal display has failed. Let us know what you find - Sorry ;-{ Both parts are expensive! Did you take out the AppleCare+ services contract? If you did then you have it to bank on. Depending on the date you bought the system and the country you live in you might have other warranty options. As in example the EU & UK have a two year warranty.

Did it work out after changing the lcd screen? I mean the flickering never shows up again?
