TV does not turn on. Red light blinks 4 times. Replaced the P-board but no change.

According to the service manual (P17), 4 blinks is P-board sos. Kindly check out the methods suggested by @oldturkey03 in a same thread post at blinking 4 times and won’t turn on Hope my answers comes in handy for you.
