My Garmin nuvi power input jack is damaged from the device falling off the screen. Where do I have this repaired?. South Australia.
Hi, Here is a link to a not very good video that shows how to open the device so that access can be gained to the USB port. Here is a link to a video that shows how to resolder the USB connector back onto the pcb board if it just loose. If the USB port is actually damaged then you will have to source a new USB connector. Look on Ebay etc. If you don’t wish to do it yourself any reputable, professional mobile phone or laptop repair service should be able to do it for you. Hopefully this is of some help
