when i click the phone icon on my phone, i get a message saying ‘unfortunately, phone has stopped’!!! i am unable to male phone calls, return calls, see call history etc. however, i am still able to call from the text page if a text from a paeticular number is there, but i am not able to access contacts or anything through phone. i need the dialer to make new calls!!! please help! this phone is only 3 weeks old, i paid a lot for it, and am very disappointed with this. this malfunction is also eating into my phone service plan time, so it has just been a big loss for me all round. i have tried to power off, amd reboot the phone several times, with no result, and also update wireless, but it willnot update! this is disgusting! blu should refund my money so that i can get a decent phone asap!!
Hi @meerameera, What is the model number of your Blu phone? Find the Dialer app in Settings > Apps > All, tap to enter then scroll down to Clear Cache option, tap and follow the prompts. Restart the phone. If this doesn’t resolve the problem try the Clear Data option in the Dialer app As a last resort try the factory restore feature of the phone. Be aware that this will erase all your user data and downloaded apps. it will restore the phone to its’ factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
