Chosen Solution
The mouse is totally dead. External is working fine, I tried all trouble shoots. The mouse hardware seems defective. I checked the connectivity of the cable and it is fine and connects. I uninstall and install again but no go. Seems like the mouse ot a hit or something similar. Where to get new mouse kit? (edit note’s: last sentence is not understood)
Have you checked that the touchpad isn’t deactivated with one of the F keys? Look along the row of F keys at the top, and find the one with a picture of the touchpad on it. Hold down the Fn key in the lower left of the keyboard, and press the corresponding F key (usually F3 or F9).
