My vizio led 4k tv. Has random lower half white screen flashes and at the same time the sound cuts or pauses it does it on youtube,netflixand when im playing games and i turnd it on once and the screenshowd my xbox dash in 3 boxes and bars of diffrent colors at the bottom. But its only done that once so far. And its a brand new tv. Any help would be appreciated?
@help12 since it is “a brand new tv” contact the vendor and have them either replace it or repair it. At this time there is nothing you want to try fixing yourself.
