Does the little black “DO NOT REMOVE” sticker in the bottom right of the iPhone 3G serve any other purpose?
Nope, just a warranty sticker.
Besides telling you not to remove it? No, as Chris Green says, once you remove it, your warranty is invalidated.
It’s on top of the antenna wire. if you mess with it you can damage your iphone’s signal or worse reflects no service.
