Lens shutter does not open every time and needs to be manually opened. What corrective work is required? It has new batteries.
@dwalter , Dirk, I will post a couple links for you to check out on repairing a sticking digital camera shutter. You could have a good camera repair shop have a look, diagnose and estimate repair, but you would have to weigh the the cost effectiveness. Good luck.
