i just replaced a motherboard on the PS4, after it powers on after it beeped once the fan startin to run on high. goes from blue to white to red light and it beeps 3 times and it shuts down the HDD is in and the screw tighten before it was doin that, PS symbol popped on the screen and had an error code CE-34335-8 now it’s not doin nothin except makin the fan run be loud plus the 3 beeps and red light

Your PS4 is overheating. You likely either didn’t get the heat transfer pads on the memory chips correctly, didn’t use enough thermal paste on the APU or didn’t tighten the heat sink clamp down ( I see a lot of them that have been installed upside down as well). I would look over all of those things very carefully as one of them is most likely the cause of your problem. I hope this helps.
