My email icon continually says 4, whether I have 0 or 20! I tried restarting, but it didn’t help. What should I do? It’s only a month old.
If its only a month old it should be under warranty contact where you purchased it for help
Hi Maralee It might be that you still have 4 unread emails. Check all your email folders, there must be some that are marked as unread. Just open them, or long click each one and select ‘Mark as read’ I hope this helps
