Chosen Solution
Express wash 35 min, about min 11 the drum wont spin. Once unlocked, I can spin with my hand but it feels as if it unsticks. will vinegar help or is it a bigger problem?
I would look and see if the belt has come off and the pieces are binding on the drum spinning.
