Solved The Door No Longer Latches Ge Microwave Oven

GE Microwave Oven (Model DVM1950 DR1 BB) will not go on because the door no longer latches.

Have the latches broken off? I found the manual for this microwave here: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/726833/… It looks like the latches might not be touching the monitor switches.
