Hi all, The device was functioning properly since it turned off suddenly, now it boots at HTC logo then turned off and doesn’t boot completely until I plug it with the charger or any power source. I noticed that if i enabled the power extreme save mode and unplug the charger it keeps running, until I disable the power save mode and launch a (heavy to CPU) app such as Facebook it turns off again.. So is this could a battery failure or a system issue? Many thanks in advance.
Yeah that sounds like battery needs to be replaced.
