I have the same LG. The compressor failed after little over 3 years. 3 months after replacing the compressor, the fresh food is warm and but the freezer is around 0F. Since it is a dual evaporator system with single compressor, could it be the 3way check value that is switching between the evaporator?
Johan hay, Yes it could be that 3 way valve. Most cycle from one evaporator to the other every 15 minutes +-
