The pin in the charger port is either bent or broken off and RCA Tablet model RCT6103W46 will not charge.
Hi, Cannot find a video that shows how to open your particular model (RCA Tablet model RCT6103W46) but here is one for a RCT 6203W46 which may be close enough to be helpful in getting yours open. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-bFHycv… Once open you should have access to the charging port connector and can see what board connection type and configuration it is so that you can find a replacement part. You will probably need soldering skills and tools to remove / replace the connector. Hopefully this is of some help.
