A customer just sadly dropped off his iPhone 6. Long story short, his 16GB iPhone suffered liquid damage that fried the motherboard so he bought a 64GB motherboard and tried to do the swap himself but got overwhelmed about halfway through. To his credit he bagged and marked EVERY screw he removed so it’s not a total loss. However, there’s one part which I can’t identify, a coaxial cable that’s about 4.5" long. It’s NOT the cable that plugs into the coaxial hookup next to the battery connector; this cable has coaxial connectors on either end. I’ve done a lot of screen and battery swaps and I have no recollection of seeing this cable in an iPhone 6 before. I combed through several of the iPhone 6 repair guides and didn’t see it anywhere. Where does it go?
Are you referring to this? That cable is on the underside of the logic board.
