Chosen Solution
There are some plus and minus buttons that have stop working correctly. I can still hear sound coming out normally when its on. Now i cant control the volume and the play/stop. I know that i am probably gonna end up opening it up but don’t know what tools i might need or what to do.
So odds are you’ll need a spudger pry bar, I’d recommend a plastic one so u don’t mess up the plastic and a micro screw driver set and you should be good to open it. Usually if the buttons are working anymore the rubber contacts inside and either miss aligned or worn out. Doesn’t hurt to look though
