Chosen Solution
The black “roller” which can be seen after opening the back of our printer which is a Brother HL-L835OCDW there is about a half inch of the black ruberish look material missing which is creating a funny discoloration line on everything we print. Is this replaceable and if so who can I call.
If that roller is on the toner cartridge, replace the cartridge.
