I have been referring to your battery door replacement guide and have gotten to the part that says remove the back plate. I have tried multiple times and am unable to get it off.
First ensure that all the screws have been removed from the camera. In order to remove the back plate after the screws have been removed, you will need to apply significant amount of force using a spudger to pry them apart.
