My new samsung curved tv unable to get teletex on it as just stoped for no reason

Hi, Just so we are on the same page, are you referring to Teletext or Closed Captioning ( CC may also may be known as sub-titles)? What is the model number of your TV? If it is sub titles (Closed Captioning) there is a button on the remote control which enables and disables the feature. Also not every program or even channel has sub titles provided, therefore there will be none present. Try changing channels and see if it comes on again.
