Chosen Solution
Telescopic lens will not retract when camera is turned on or off. The entire telescopic lens stays extended. Error message says “Lens error. Try again after turning the camera off and on”. I have tried to remove the battery, memory stick, turned on off multiple times. Thank you, Jeff
