I have replaced the batteries and cleaned the contacts but still no action. What else can I try?
@joandsorensen, Joan, If you have already cleaned the contacts and tried new good quality batteries, the only thing left to do is to disassemble the toy phone and look for loose/corroded/damaged wires/connections/components and test the on/off switch.
