to reset the tablet you’ll need to disconnect the battery and reboot the tablet . this shows how to pull the battery. you dont have to remove the battery just disconnect for a minute then reconnect and boot this should fix you right up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3lyA5p-… Hope this helps
