Chosen Solution
Will not charge all I been have problems with this tablet . when it did work it play good at time I trying sent it but it came back to me 3× I need it fix pleases help me EARNESTINE SULLIVAN
try to clean the inside of the charging port with isopropyl alcohol / nail polish remover / rubbing alcohol with a tooth brush. then disconnect the battery if possible. then try to use a different cable and plug for charging and leave on charge for 6 hours.
