I am trying to find a way to contact the manafacture, shipping co, anything for help with it since its was just purchased in April 1. TabletExpress website does not load for me to even try and get a support site or email, any help would be appreciated.
@kroberson1 sorry but we can’t help you with your warranty claim etc. It is entirely possible that your tablet does not charge and that your battery is depleted which would cause it to not come on. Get a cheap USB charge tester like this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/Digital-USB-Cha… and see if your tablet pulls any amperage from your charger. If not then you know that you most likely have a bad charging port/battery.
